2023 HIA Housing ‘Lightweight Housing’ Award Winner

Vernon St Collie is a magnificent four-bedroom, two-bathroom home and the winner of the 2023 HIA Housing ‘Lightweight Housing’ Award. It is a true masterpiece of modern design and functionality, constructed using lightweight timber framing to offer a sleek and modern appearance.

This home has an open-plan living area, a theatre room, a double garage, and a separate caravan storage, making it ideal for contemporary families. The kitchen is symmetrically designed, with the butler's pantry adjoining on one side and the laundry on the other, creating a highly functional space for daily life.

The wrap-around veranda seamlessly connects the front door to the raised alfresco area, providing a perfect space for hosting family and friends.
